I was given a session with past lives regression approx 22 years ago..In reviewing my notes from that session, it seems like all lives related or connected in some way> for example> One in particular> I WAS A HUN MALE sat on a LARGE MAMMAL TOOK MAY LIVES WITH SWORD way back when………..which may explain My daydreaming at any given time ,( sitting in my car waiting for a train to pass/and or anywhere) my mind goes – place of bloodshed, death and horror. It was a place I went to in my mind without ever uttering a word to anyone. In this moment I was exposed to myself, and literally embraced the new understanding I had for this secret of mine! Since that session, I very rarely now ever get those visions of horror. I feel like there was an explanation nw to my horror and embracing why, it was released. Is this what they call Soul banking?
