Shipping
We ship journals ordered on mirakelley.com to addresses within the United States. Shipping within the US is included in the price of your journal, with no extra charge at checkout. We are not able to ship to addresses outside the United States at this time.
Orders are usually sent within 1 to 2 business days. Most orders arrive 3 to 5 business days after they ship. Once your journal is on its way, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
The Past Life Regression Journal and the Diario de Regresión de Vidas Pasadas are printed on demand and sold through Amazon. Shipping and returns for those two journals follow Amazon’s policies.
Returns
If a journal is not right for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Returned journals must be unused, with no writing in them, and in the condition you received them.
To start a return, send us a message through the Contact page with your order number and the journal you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions. Please wait for those instructions before sending anything back.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the journal arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned journal and confirm it is unused, we will refund the price of the journal to your original payment method. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving the return. Your bank or PayPal may take a few extra days to show it.
Damaged or wrong items
If your journal arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, contact us through the Contact page within 14 days of delivery and include a photo. We will send you a replacement or a full refund, and you will not need to pay for return shipping.
