What Happens to the Soul After an Abortion or Miscarriage?
The soul of the child is well. An abortion or a miscarriage is not an accident, even when it appears to be one. It is a planned event between the soul of the child, the mother, and the others involved. The child’s soul needs only a brief introduction to physical life and then returns to a state of complete well-being. Many women and their partners come to past life regression when they carry guilt, sorrow, or uncertainty about what happened to the child. In one-to-one sessions I work with people who want to understand the experience and release the emotions that have remained.
Why does an abortion or miscarriage occur?
The event occurs because the child’s soul has chosen a short stay in physical reality. The stay may last only through the early stages of pregnancy. The purpose is a brief experience of physical life rather than a full lifetime. All who are involved, including the mother, have agreed to the experience because it serves the learning of everyone concerned. The circumstances can look accidental or unwanted. They are not. The planning took place before the pregnancy began, and the early departure is part of that plan.
What happens to the child’s soul?
The child’s soul returns immediately to a state of well-being, love, and peace. There is no loss or suffering for the child. The soul is complete and continues its existence outside the physical body. In many cases the same soul later returns to the same mother in another pregnancy and is born. The early departure does not prevent a later full lifetime together when that is the choice. Mothers often sense the child’s continued presence and the absence of any distress on the child’s side. That sensing is accurate.
Why do guilt and sorrow remain for the parents?
Guilt and sorrow remain because the parents do not yet know that the event was planned and that the child is well. The emotions belong to the parents, not to the child. They arise from the appearance of loss and from the lack of information about what actually occurred. Past life regression is one of the most direct ways to see the planning and to release the guilt. When the earlier agreement becomes visible, the necessity for continued self-blame decreases. The emotions can then be completed.
Can the same child return later?
Yes. The same soul frequently returns to the same mother in a subsequent pregnancy and is born. The earlier brief stay and the later full lifetime are both part of the larger relationship. Mothers who have experienced multiple early losses and then a successful birth often recognize the same presence. Regression can make that continuity clear so that the earlier losses are no longer experienced as permanent separations.
How past life regression applies here
In a past life regression session the focus is on the abortion or miscarriage and the emotions that have remained. Parents experience lives where they have known and lived with the soul of the child. This reminds them that love is eternal and it always brings us back together life after life.
Clients often recover the sense of the original agreement, the brief nature of the child’s stay, and the child’s continued well-being. The session allows the guilt and sorrow to be released because the actual situation becomes visible.
One client who had experienced several miscarriages recovered an earlier life in which she, as a child, had absorbed her mother’s grief over a similar loss. Releasing that earlier emotion brought ease in the present and supported a later successful pregnancy.
Frequently asked questions
No. The soul is in a state of complete well-being. The early departure was chosen as a brief introduction to physical life.
No. The event was planned between the souls involved. It is not the result of an accident or of a personal failure.
Yes. Many mothers later give birth to the same soul. The earlier brief stay and the later birth are part of one continuing relationship.
Regression makes the planning and the child’s well-being visible. Once those are clear, the guilt no longer has the same foundation and can release.
