Bonjour from Paris!
What a beautiful city this is! As I am visiting the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre and other famous sites and seeing how Parisians live, I am wondering, “Have I lived in Paris in a past life?” May be I have, may be I have not. I am yet to discover.

I have just returned yesterday from Paris, and I agree with you, iti is a beautiful city.
I spent a week down in The Languedoc region of France (south west), and I know without a doubt,
thee is a part of me that has lived in this region before. We visited the Cathar castles, the Black Madonnas,
the caves of Mary Magdalene and initiation sites of the Knights Templar. The energies are incredible in this part of Mother Earth and I felt just so at home here.

Paris is a wonderful city – I love it!
I listened to the video but my question is if something really bad comes up in regression (execution, torture etc) if it heals you to know about it, does the memory then stay with you in the present and do people fear that history can repeat itself? I remember you said you had a bad experience in a past life at the age of 13 or thereabouts. I understand that a pain in the leg or neck now can perhaps be properly understood by past events and then go away because you are dealing with it, but there must be some dread remaining? Is that what holds us back?

My sister told me that I should only do it with a supportive therapist as she experienced a painful death in past life regression and was traumatized.
