What causes thyroid disorder? How to heal it naturally?

Recently, I sat down with Brian Sheen to speak about his experience in helping people with thyroid conditions.

I heard about Brian a few years ago when I first began researching and understanding thyroid issues. Back then, I read an article describing his work with a patient with an under-active thyroid. He guided her through healing the emotional issues that were the root of the condition into a state of perfect health. I was very inspired by his account.

Today, as I am launching my Healthy Thyroid coaching program I wanted to connect with him and bring his wisdom to you.

In this video we speak about the emotional cause of an imbalanced thyroid and how to heal that.
