New Beginning

Every day offers a new beginning. Every day you can reinvent yourself, make new choices and become the person you want to be. And that is especially true on the first day of a new year.

Dream big today. Feel inspired and dare to believe that you can fulfill the vision that you hold of yourself and of your life. Write in your journal or on a piece of paper what you want to create this year. How do you want your love life and personal relationships to be? How do you intend for your finances to be? How do you want to look and feel about yourself? How do you believe you can make the world a better place? Ask yourself all these questions and let the images flood in your mind. Notice how good you feel when you think about the ways you want to see your life progress. Remember that thoughts are actions and by thinking yourself in a certain way you already are taking the first steps in the direction you desire. Feel the energy that rises in your chest and know that the power to change is within you.

See each day as the very first day of the rest of your life. Every choice you make in every moment of every day makes a difference. And step by step you will create a different path for yourself. Then, one day you will look back and you will realize that you are who you wanted to be.
