Laugh Out Loud – How My Niece Deals With Nightmares and How She Made Me Laugh

I love spending time with my niece Allegra. In this video I tell two stories about how she deals with nightmares (very useful solution!) and how she made me laugh. Then it is your turn to laugh out loud with me!

I cannot wait to hear from you — How do you and your children deal with nightmares? What makes you laugh? How did you like laughing out loud with me? Let me know in the comments below.

Mira…………….for many years during my resurrection I found laughter to be one of the most beautiful expressions of release of negative energy………. over the years it has become almost a daily esperience………..it even surpasses orgasm………..often I’ll laugh with God……….and He with me………. we have a hysterical ball………. I laugh with my angels my spirit guides and with animals………….
In the quantum world , laughter is a doorway into divinity….
I’m happy to see you fostering it………..no doubt about it, it’s a powerful energy to help mankind’s upliftment.

Thank you, Mira, for being a beacon of Light to the world

Thanks so much for making your videos available through the blog on your website. It makes it much easier for me to watch your videos with my smartphone. I really enjoyed the pure laughter on the last 30 seconds of the video. It reminded me of a documentary I saw called Laughology (2009). In that documentary, they talked about two kinds of laughter: (1) Intellectual Laughter, which is conditional laughter from hearing something you think is funny, and (2) Natural Laughter, which is unconditional laughter that is triggered by hearing contagious laughter. You can start with fake laughter, like Allegra did, but after a while it shifts into unconditional laughter. Just like unconditional love is the best kind of love, I think that unconditional laughter is the best kind of laughter. I also think that group laughter is a way of socially bonding with people. When we laugh, I think it gives other people “permission” to laugh too.
