I found this advice very helpful. I still have some trouble getting my mind to quiet during a regression or meditation. Still, I am on a new food plan that also prescribes at least 10 minutes of meditation each day. I realize from your video that learning from a regression can take time — it’s like a muscle that you develop. I am now striving to add a regression at least three times a week and see where it goes from there.

I have been regressed a few times but not with any questions in mind. Today I can think of a two questions that I would be invested in asking.
I. Will my new business Designing furniture and other product to help our older folks become successful?
2. Will I be able to have enough money to support my self as I am now living?
