What is Deja Vu? How to use it?
Watch this video for an awesome deja vu story that just happened to me. And let me share with you what is deja vu and how to use it.
I enjoyed your take on deja vu. In my first book, “Crappy to Happy”, I encouraged readers to be an angel in their past, meaning to think about those challenging times they had faced in their past, and to imagine themselves going back in time and providing support, love, and comfort to themselves. I encouraged readers to tell that former self that they would get through that challenging time. I love your take on how to talk to yourself in your past to help in making decisions. You are providing wonderful insights!
Hi Randy, how great to know you are teaching people about being an angel in their past! I love that others are sharing this idea with their tribes and we are spreading light, love and strength. I am sending you all my love.
It is a joy to see you and hear your voice. That was an excellent explaination and very, very uplifting!
With Great Love,
John
“Life experiences are the outer symbol of what the soul wants to know.”
Because: Each soul enters into a physically symbolized reality of that soul’s conscious resistance to the inner Light. So when you experience your human life, view it as an outer manifestation of the longing and also of the denial of that longing. Every soul that incarnates carries with it negativity or it would not take birth at all. When you enter into a human life you enter into a perceptual falsehood. This is what the Eastern traditions call illusion. If you treat the illusion as truth you may become embittered, fearful and ill.
Instead, come into life assuming the perspective of the creator of that life, and see it all as a wondrous and valuable learning experience. You can see within each circumstance where you have been the potter of the clay, and in the outer reality of your creation you can detect the mirror image of your inner self.

I had a very strange Déjà vu once. A long time ago I was working for a temp agency as a legal assistant and one morning as I was going into work I felt it. Not only was it the longest Déjà vu in my life but I knew what was going to happen next. I told my coworker exactly what was about to happen and it did. I knew my boss was going to call me in his office and fire me because the case I was hired for was settled and they didn’t need me anymore. Instead of being upset I was amazed. I’m wondering if it was more than a Deja vu.
What a story! Thank you for sharing it with me! I love it!
Hello Mira,
I watched your video on Deja Vu and kept both theories you spoke of in my consciousness. About a week later, it happened. My family and I were all standing around our kitchen island. The stove was on, plates were flying around being used for cooking and preparation and it was kind of chaotic. Then Deja Vu hit me. Everything was as I had seen it before from my eldest child not participating and sitting in the living room, to the positions of my two other children around the island, to my husband turning around with a pan in his hand to myself holding a pot but most of all, the heavy emotions I felt. So, the Deja Vu feeling crept in to me, it’s different from the feeling of routine. I remembered your video. I pulled back from any old behavioral patterns I might have assumed in the past and I did something different in the moment of Deja Vu. I held my husbands arm and said soothingly to everyone that “all is well, everything is okay.” Everyone stopped short and just stared at me. Nobody said anything, then we restarted again but this time with more peace and calm. I didn’t really know what to do during that moment so I just went with love. I believe I changed some events here in my kitchen. Later that evening, instead of stress and indigestion, we all relaxed and got out some emotional healing. So, I wanted to share this experience with you and to thank you very much for posting your Deja Vu video.
Sincerely,
April Kolen
